Salon Policy
We want to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience when they visit Salon Ambi. In order to make this occur, we would like for you to review the salon policies prior to booking your hair appointment.
Deposits
A Non-Refundable Deposit is Required immediately to secure your appointment each time you book. You are also required to book with a valid credit/debit card on file. Your card information is safe and will not be used for any purposes other than payment processing through Acuity for Salon Ambi including services, and any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this salon policy.
Late Fee
There is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes and $1 a minute after that. After 20 minutes it is at my discretion whether I can service you or not. If I am unable to service you due to your tardiness, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service.
Late Cancel
Cancellations less than 48hrs will result in a 50% charge of your appointment (less the deposit). The booking site will not allow you to cancel on your own if less than 48hrs. You must email/or text me to cancel your appointment. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the balance (less the deposit).
No Call/ No Show
If you can’t make your appointment & you do not cancel, you are then considered a “No Call/ No Show” client. You are charged 100% of your remaining balance. Your deposit will be forfeited.
Reschedule
Rescheduling is allowed Only Once per paid Deposit. You can only reschedule an initial appointment once in the same month; the second time you will forfeit your first deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit. You must reschedule at 48hrs before your appointment for deposit credit to be transferred. You will not be able to late reschedule online, which is less than 48hrs. You will have to pay fee of late cancel or no call/no show, then book new appointment if allowed.
Terms and Conditions
CLIENT AGE LIMIT is 10yrs old and older. No company, kids, or babies allowed with you at your appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled and charged late cancel fee, 50% of remaining balance, for inconvenience.
MANDATORY DEPOSIT is required immediately and is Non-Refundable. Deposits are between $35- $70. The deposit is credited to your total service cost. Remaining balance due at your appointment
CASH PAYMENTS are preferred for remaining balances, but card is welcomed.
HAIR MUST BE FULLY DETANGLED & FREE OF ANY STYLES r before arrival, or you will have a $30 fee added to your balance. Absolutely No Twists, Braids, or cornrows upon arrival. Twist Outs and Braid Outs must be fully detangled as well. Protective styles that were up 4wks+ should be detangled and free of shedded hair, knots, and lent, or a $30 Fee is applied to your balance. Wash n Go ladies please fully detangle curls/knots, or $30 fee is applied to your balance. Post Partum shedding/matted hair must be detangled or a $30 fee is applied to your balance. If your hair cannot be detangled in a reasonable time, your appointment will be cancelled due to inconvenience and you will be charged the remaining balance. If you know you aren’t able to detangle your own hair, be sure to book the Detangling Service with your appointment.
NO REFUNDS given for any services, promotions, or gift cards. If you are unsatisfied with your style, please let me know at time of your appointment. I am very understanding and will accommodate you to make sure you leave happy with your service. If you leave and do not express any issues, possibility of changes made will be discretionary.
